Fitness and Wellness Programs
The adjoining Wagman Centre promotes and facilitates fitness and wellness programs founded on evidence-based practices and research. We offer a dynamic range of physical, social, creative, cultural and intellectual activities which support aging, well-being and brain health. It is a place to learn new skills, participate in exercise and health education, make social connections and engage in a way that promotes greater quality of life. All programs are included in the rental fee.
Residents and members can choose to participate in a variety of fitness and wellness activities at the on-site Wagman Centre including:
- Fundamental Fitness
- Yoga
- Strength and Stretch
- Circuit room
- Fitness gym
- Personal Training
- Photography Group
- Computer Classes
- Rise and Shine Walking Group
- Jewish Culture and Traditions
- Wellness Seminars
- In-pool classes such as Aqua Dynamics and Therapeutic Aquafit
